Here is my first stab at actually writing down my stock-up list. Now, this is in no way complete, but it’s a good start to give you an idea of the types of deals I try to get. With that said, my stockpile is pretty full, so sometimes even though an item is priced at my stockup list, I’ll let the deal go without purchasing because I know I have enough product in my stockpile to get me through until the next time it comes on sale.
These are the items, that I believe you can get FREE on a fairly regular basis so I try not to pay for them as much as I can.

Household:
Dish washing detergent: Free – $.50 bottle
Paper Towels: Free – $.25/roll (Stock up on single rolls when $1 Marcal coupons become available)
Toilet Paper: $.25/roll (This doesn’t happen often, so you need to buy a LOT when it does!)
Cleaning Supplies: Under a $1
Laundry: $1.00
Disinfecting Wipes: $1.00
Grocery:
Cereal: $.50
Salad dressings & BBQ Sauce: Free- $.50
Juice: $1/bottle
Frozen or Canned Veggies: – Free- $.25
Crackers/ Cookies: Under $1
Yogurt: $.25
Ice Cream: $1.50
Microwave Popcorn: $.50
Cake Mix: $.50
Chips $1.00
Soup: $.75
Pop Tarts: $1.25 (This is about as good as it gets, unless you buy generic toaster pastries 
Condiments: $.50
12 packs of soda: Under $2.00
Rice: $.25
Sports Drinks: $.25
Meat:
Boneless Chicken Breast: Anything less than $1.99
Whole Chicken: $.89
Ground Beef: Under $1.99
Hotdogs: Free – $.50

Referencing a stock up price is what makes a deal blog a great deal blog. I love your site for the ideas, but I always reference the KCL for the stock up price. Glad you’re moving in this direction! Hope I can say hi in the aisles one of these days.
i would be happy to just get paper towels and TP for free i spend a fortune on those.

I beat your stockpile smells sooo good I spot a ton of Gain fabric sheets lol. The smell always fills up my room and I have not open them yet!!
